The courses below are available. Read below for more information on how to register. CPR and Active Shooter awareness training is done on site at your organization. These are on demand so if you have need, let me now and we can set up the training for you.

If any business out there needs help with fit testing N95 masks or has questions and needs help working with/training staff to use a PAPR, I can help. I can fit test for any type of N95 mask and have extensive experience with positive pressure respirators. I can also help with emergency planning. I’ve been involved in emergency planning for 40 years and can help with plans or training. Just email me or give a call. Contact info is contained on this website.

Pre-registration required- forms need to be in by May 4th so I can get all the paperwork done ahead of time. Registration forms are found on this site in the registration section. You will walk out with everything you need to get your permit.

Course held at the Northwestern Gun Club indoor range. Please bring 50 rounds of ammunition. No Magnums aloud. If you don’t have a handgun, you can rent one from us. If you have 2 magazines for your gun, bring them. See our registration page for sign up information. On the firing range, ear and eye protection are required. Bring your own or we have protection equipment you can use. Please bring a gun you can handle! If you don’t have a gun, you can rent from us.

Woman’s & Youth Pistol

If you have a group of 4 or more and wish to set up a private group class, let us know by email and we will contact you to set up the class.

Course held at the Northwestern Gun Club indoor range. The cost of this class includes the use of .22 pistols and all the ammunition needed. This course teaches the basics of pistols, revolvers, ammunition, gun cleaning and shooting skills. This is a fun no pressure class for beginning shooters. You will be shooting one on one with an instructor that will help you learn the fundamentals of shooting. This class also gives you a chance to try pistols of various calibers if you wish to. Hearing and eye protection available if you don’t have any. If you have a pistol you wish to shoot, feel free to bring it.

Advanced (Defensive) Pistol

No Class scheduled. CAll if you are INTERESTEd. We schedule classes when we get enough interest. minimum of 6 people required to hold a class.

This is an advanced course for experienced shooters. You will need a handgun, 500 rounds of ammo minimum, 3-4 clips/magazines or speed loaders, and a belt style holster. This class is taught outside in one of the pistol berms. The class will start with a basic pistol course and move on from there. As we progress through the drills, they will become more intense with you acquiring and engaging multiple targets, firing while moving (forwards, backwards and sideways), and learn to use cover and concealment. We will also practice shooting with both strong and weak side hands. It will be a fun day on the range! Bring a gun you can handle!! Your carry gun is ok if you can handle it for 500 rounds. Bring a lunch, something to drink, and bug spray just in case. See our gallery page for a short video of the course.

Active Shooter

Awareness training, RUN-HIDE-FIGHT.

I can do extensive onsite training for this. I’ve been doing it for 16 years and have trained educational institutions, Government entities, businesses, and healthcare. I’ve trained over 40,000 people in Active Shooter Awareness/Run-Hide-Fight. I can and have done live training exercises using blanks with huge success. Nothing over the top or scary, just use the blanks for sound effects and sound recognition. It really works well. I can give you references to talk to upon request. I’ve also spoken regionally, at the state level, and nationally on this subject. I’ve worked with over 48 law enforcement agencies doing this training and exercises.
